How to receive CEU Credit

All of Bedrock Learning online courses are approved by CEDIA for CEUs, Continuing Education Units. With successful completion of any Bedrock Learning course, CEDIA Certified Professionals earn CEUs needed to maintain their credentials, gain new industry knowledge, and develop new skills.

To receive Continuing Education credits from CEDIA-

  1. Complete course and earn Certificate of Completion from Bedrock Learning
  2. Print or save Certificate of Completion
  3. Log into CEDIA
  4. Under My CEDIA, select MY TRAINING, then select SUBMIT CEU and follow instructions

Understanding Licensing and Continuing Education

ESA/NTS courses and certifications are referenced in numerous state and municipal licensing programs. Not all states handle acquiring and renewing licenses the same way. Some states accept online training, some do not. Some states accept ESA/NTS CEUs, some do not. Students are urged to contact their regulatory agency prior to enrolling in any program to ensure that the course, CEU or certification is acceptable to a particular licensing group.

To meet the requirements for both continuing education and on-time renewal, you must have earned the C.E. credits you need by August 31 of the year in which license renewal is required. Alternatively, you may complete any C.E. credits you might still need prior to renewing your license during the 30-day late renewal period. Be aware, however, that a late renewal fee of $50.00 will be charged if you renew your license during the 30-day late renewal period.
